The Precious Right to Vote

Maybe I won't get back to my jewelry blog - I'm enjoying this and lots of people are viewing...so for the time being, I'll be a political commenter with a jewelry business on the side.  But, please come take a look at my shop and purchase some of my cool jewelry.  Scottsdale, AZ is loving it in the shops that carry it.

Okay - let's talk about the right to vote.  It is a special and treasured right that our constitution bestows on us and it is a right that more citizens should use.  During most elections only between 40 something percent and 60 something percent vote - that is criminal... it should be over 90%,, as close to 100%  as it can feasibly get - but I guess that isn't going to happen in my lifetime.  The only good thing about that is, it means that anywhere from 60 to 40 % of the citizens of this country are not allowed to bitch or complain about anything that happens here.  If you don't vote - you must keep your mouth shut about ANYTHING that occurs that is somehow touched or influenced  by a politician...and there isn't much that they don't touch.   So remember this the next time that someone is ranting and raving about something - quietly interrupt their tirade (unless you totally agree with them) and ask them if they voted the last time they were given the right to vote - if they didn't, tell them that according to Linda's Law they are not allowed to bitch.  Now they may question you on what that law is - but by the time you are done with explanations - they will either have forgotten what they were upset about or they won't care any more.

In order to qualify to vote, I think that we seriously need to make some changes.  First of all we must have to show a valid picture I.D....you cannot cash a check without one, you can't travel, you needed to show that 3 times to get into the Democratic convention, you can't win a jackpot in a casino, you can't check into a hotel... surely we can show one to vote.  We have four years now to get this passed and it MUST  be passed.  Illegal aliens have no business either being forced to vote (Las Vegas this election cycle ) or just voting for their own reasons without becoming citizens.  Everyone and anyone either has a valid picture I.D. or has plenty of time to get it before the next election.  We must enact this for the sanctity of our elections.

Now let's talk about voting machines. There has been allot of talk after this election about voter fraud and voting machine irregularites.  This has to  be addressed and fixed.  If little Joey, the computer nerd down the street, can hack into the Pentagon's computers, how are we to stop a determined individual, or political party, from messing with our votes.  There are several areas this time that have numerous precincts that supposedly voted 100% for nobama - not one vote for Romney and that just isn't possible. Look at all the reports of people casting their vote for Romney and the machine changed the vote to nobama..  One reporter - egad, there is a Republican leaning reporter still left out there - had so much trouble with his machine trying to vote for Romney,  that he forced the watchers to open it - and there were no Romney votes recorded during the time that he voted...this has to be fixed.  Maybe we need all paper ballots and manual counts - but no ballots with chads, please - but we need to insure that not only is the voting process honest, but also that machine that records it is also honest.

I'm going out on a limb here - but it's my blog, so I can say what I want, and no one has to agree.  In the original Constitution, Thomas Jefferson, a genius, wanted anyone who voted to be educated and to be a land owner.  I personally think that he was on the right track.  In order to vote, people should be prepared to show that they can read - either letters or braille.  If you can not read, how can you possiblely vote??? Have you ever listened to "Man on the Street " interviews around election time? They are truly frightening - people who have no idea who the vice president is - people who admit to getting their news from Jon Stewart - people who thought that "Stu Ped " was a candidate for election...it goes on and on, and it is humorous until you think about the ramifications - this person is going into a voting booth and voting for the person and people who will control your destiny....A truly scary thought! ! !

So voting is a precious right that we need to protect and practice.  It is also a severly abused right that needs some dramatic fixes.  Now is the time to institute those fixes before we enter the next election cycle...til next time...Have a happy Turkey Day to all of you...

The Revenge of the Idiots

Okay - the election is over and I'm very disappointed in the results - but they are what they are, and there's nothing that can be done about it.  We live with it for four long years and hope and pray that our marvelous Republic can survive the onslaught of the socialists and secular progressives that  have taken up residence in Washington.  I feel that I did everything that a poor, 70 year old lady could do to help Romney/Ryan get elected, and obviously, it wasn't enough.

I do not want to listen to the pundits about why it happened but I do have a few short comments to make.  Mitt Romney received less votes than John McCain and I find that so hard to fathom.  The only people that I am angry about after this are the Tea Party "Patriots" and the Fundamentalists that decided that they just couldn't vote for Romney/Ryan.  Anyone who doesn't vote is an idiot in my book - and they will stay in my idiot book forever.  Some of  the Tea Party "Patriots" didn't vote because Romney wasn't conservative enough for them - well, he wasn't conservative enough for me either, but by not voting they put a Muslim and a Socialist, as far as I am concerned, into the White House for a second term. That is inexcusable and they have forfeited all rights to "bitching" forever.

Now, the Fundamentalists...they didn't vote because Romney was a Mormon...Shades of 1960 when JFK ran and people were screaming that the Pope would be running the White House.  Romney is a good and religious person.  He is extremely generous with both his time and his funds in giving to others. He would have made an excellent President and the White House would have had some class again.  I bet we would have a Day of Prayer again.  I bet our President would go to church again and the minister wouldn't " damn" the United States of America.  I doubt if he would have taken the vacations that nobama has on the people's dime.  If the Fundamentalist didn't like him, they can't like nobama any better...and he is really gonna rain on their parade, especially when he gets to appoint people to the Supreme Court.  Again, they belong in the "idiot" book, never to emerge.

If we could have generated the vote numbers that got out for McCain in 2008, we could have won this - I heard the other day that 180,000 votes could have changed this result and there were more than two million votes for McCain in 2008 than for Romney in 2012.  That is disgusting - we may have lost this country, as we know it, forever because of lack of action on the part of people who should have cared the most.  They really do belong in the "Idiot Book of All Time".

Before anyone says, "She's just another racist republican" - Herman Cain was my first choice for the nomination and I honestly think that he got railroaded out of the running by people close to nobama because they were afraid of him and his appeal to the black vote.  But that's another story for another day.

The saddest part of all this is - I can't even hope that Nobama gets impeached over Benghazi because then I'd have to deal with Biden...and he might even be worse than nobama is.  We do have to get to the bottom of the situation there - nobama can not be allowed to lie his way out of this one too.  As people much more famous than I have said - "Nobody died at Watergate" and if the  Benghazi coverup doesn't compare to the Watergate coverup, I don't know what does.  It does compare as a coverup - but the situation is much worse in Libya than it ever was at Watergate, not only didn't people die, but that was a "two bit" robbery - this is murder, the burning and looting of our embassy, and possibly, another fast and furious gun trade...

One of these days, I have to get back to my benign little jewelry blog - PLEASE VISIT MY SHOP  AND BUY SOME JEWELRY - I've been spending way too much time on politics and nothing on  commerce...:)  Have a great day, til next time....

CNN Paid by Obama Administration on what they Report

Another article that needs to be read by all Americans before they vote.  Talk about influencing the news - I find this mind boggling! ! !
Sorry about how this printed - I don't know how to fix it.

CNN Exposed

Emmy Winning Former CNN Journalist, Amber Lyon, Blows The Whistle….

Simultaneously Answers One of my questions….

The central issue is Media Controlled by The Obama Administration, and more specifically CNN – as a VERIFIED tool for propaganda and disinformation.
Within this Canadian video report you will find footage of a CNN story on Egypt and Mohammed Al Zawahiri. It was produced by well-known CNN Journalist Nick Robertson. The entire video is excellent, but the pertinent aspect is at the 1:30 mark.

In the previous thread I asked two central questions. The Second Question was:
Why would CNN [or CNNi] refuse to air the Nick Robertson report with Muhammed Al Zawahiri (brother of Ayman Al Zawahiri) that clearly shows the Egyptian uprising was 100% in response to his call for protests for release of the Blind sheik on 9-11.? Why would the “most trusted name in news“, hide the report showing the truth, and instead allow the false narrative to be sold, by them, to the American electorate?
Amber Lyon provides the answer(s).
CNN never aired the Nick Robertson report in Egypt because it completely contradicted the Obama Administration, and Hillary Clinton State Department, Egyptian assertions. In short, it proved they were lying – BIG TIME. The refusal to air the real reasoning for the Egyptian Embassy assault was intentional protection of President Obama specifically orchestrated by the CNN News group. Specific, intentional, lying.
Apparently they have a history of this no-one knew about. UNTIL NOW.
undefinedAmber Lyon is an award-winning journalist who worked for CNN.
She says she was ordered to report fake stories, delete unfriendly stories adverse to the Obama administration (like the Nick Robertson report), and construct stories in specific manners while working for the left-wing network.
CNN is paid by foreign and domestic Government agencies for specific content.

Let me repeat that.

CNN is paid by the US government for reporting on some events, and not reporting on others. The Obama Administration pays for CNN content.

Let that sink in.

Additionally CNN and CNN International are also paid by foreign governments to avoid stories that are damaging, and construct narratives that show them in a better, albeit false, light.
Amber Lyon is a three-time Emmy winning investigative journalist and photographer. She accuses CNN of being “fake news.”
Back in March 2011, CNN sent a four person team to Bahrain to cover the Arab Spring. Once there, the crew was the subject of extreme intimidation amongst other things, but they were able to record some fantastic footage. As Glenn Greenwald of the UK’s Guardian writes in his blockbuster arti…:
“In the segment, Lyon interviewed activists as they explicitly described their torture at the hands of government forces, while family members recounted their relatives’ abrupt disappearances. She spoke with government officials justifying the imprisonment of activists. And the segment featured harrowing video footage of regime forces shooting unarmed demonstrators, along with the mass arrests of peaceful protesters. In sum, the early 2011 CNN segment on Bahrain presented one of the starkest reports to date of the brutal repression embraced by the US-backed regime.
Despite these accolades, and despite the dangers their own journalists and their sources endured to produce it, CNN International (CNNi) never broadcast the documentary. Even in the face of numerous inquiries and complaints from their own employees inside CNN, it continued to refuse to broadcast the program or even provide any explanation for the decision. To date, this documentary has never aired on CNNi.

Having just returned from Bahrain, Lyon says she “saw first-hand that these regime claims were lies, and I couldn’t believe CNN was making me put what I knew to be government lies into my reporting.”
Here is a segment of the Bahrain report that Amber Lyon and her team put together. CNNi refused to allow it to air because the Bahrain Government had paid them not to show it.

When Amber Lyon recognized the extent of the reasoning, she challenged CNN. CNN told her to be quiet, and began to view her as a risk. She knew, and found out, too much.
Amber is now trying to tell the story, the real story, of what is going on behind the closed doors of US Media entities. Amber has created her own website, and additionally as noted in the Guardian Article she is trying to share the truth of the deceptions.
What Amber Lyon describes is exactly the reason why CNN never aired the Nick Robertson interview with Muhammed Al Zawahiri in Egypt.
Amber recently did a web interview with Alex Jones on InfoWars. Generally the TreeHouse does not appreciate Alex Jones. He is wound up tighter than piano wire, and unfortunately much of his truth is diminished because of the hype he places upon it.
Alex Jones is easy to disregard as a “conspiracy theorist”, not because of what he says, but because of how he says it. Everything is desperate and dangerous with him.
That said, the words and explanations of Ms. Lyon in the discussion/interview are poignant and vastly informative. So I share the video with you so you can hear from Amber herself exactly what is being described and articulated.

It is critical to listen towhat she says, not just about Bahrain but also about what the Obama administration is specifically doing. Just try to overlook the Alex Jones-ism, and focus on whatAmber Lyon is sharing.
